Just asking which is the best room with a balcony
We stayed in the army room in September, and it was fantastic! Looking forward to our next visit!
Great place. Very special.
Stayed there years ago one of the best holidays ever
See you again next year… as we close the doors for our winter break, it always reminds me of the Kellermans anthem from Dirty Dancing!
“Summer days will soon be over, soonly autumn starts
And tonight our memories whisper softly in our hearts
Join hands and hearts and voices
Voices, hearts and hands
At Kellermans the friendships last long
As the mountains stand
Daytime, nighttime, any hour whether rain or shine...”
It’s been an emotional year, our Veronika getting married, our babies (not so babies anymore) getting another year older, and sad good byes to close family, friends and long time visitors to Castle Townshend.
Thinking of you all and wishing you a wonderful holiday season and best wishes for 2024.
Online bookings for 2024 will be available from January 🏰

We shall see you next year for another fabulously relaxing stay in The Mews Cottage: Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness, Close bosom-friend of the morning sun, Conspiring with him in how to load and bless, With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eaves run, To bend with apples, beechnuts to around the cottage-trees do grow and melodious walks can follow all along the sea, croquet you can play and sit and watch the day to eve........some of John Keats born 1795 and died 1821 with maybe a few bits of additional words to keep. Enjoy the Winter and the open log fires and hot toddies of Powers Whiskey do drink.
